the x mess conference focuses on all the observations that mark the transition of a primarily functional orientated modernity to an almost digitalized network society. that includes the daily confrontation with new technologies, collaboration forms, knowledge and shopping platforms and the internet as the society's operating system.
the conference shows the effect of all these developments by means of surprising neighbourhoods, hybrid organizations, their future, and new forms of their organization.
reflecting the set-up of these organizations is the focus, where ultimately management meets design and design meets consultation.
