BERLIN · Who ever thought to combine the two best loved summer activities, cycling and dancing, was on to something.
Here's the general concept for Fahrrad disko, it runs on its own power: participants pedal stationary bikes to produce the energy that produces the music. And even if the pedal power doesn’t generate the wattage needed, it’s still a lot of fun – rounding out a most pleasurable Sunday that includes relaxing in a deck chair while DJ Ipek, DJ Clé, Mother Perera, and Dengue Dengue Dengue spin the discs.
