SALZBURG · friday, 21 october, Simon Karlstetter, one of DER GREIF founders, will have a talk entitled »Picturing the crowd« at Galerie Fotohof (map) in Salzburg. the talk is part of the subnet TALK series, which is an open, dialog-oriented format. it invites specialists and interested persons in order to talk about subjects like technology, net-culture and society. dialog is the focus, not instruction. it deals with different questions concerning photography, art, as well as digital and analog culture: when does an anonymous mass become individual? where do digital and analog world meet? is slow more human? is the web a place where art actually can take place?
