SEOUL · the exhibition concept, RE-PLAY, explores the notion of PLAY in the arts, or to put it the other way round, enables to play through the arts. PLAY is understood as a playful and interactive process, a physical activity which triggers fun and and a sense for socializing through movement and reaction. it can also be seen as a form of mental amusement which extends the ways of understanding and reflection in the traditional arts to dimensions of emotions.


the exhibition consists of three sections, REFLECTION IN PLAY, FUN IN PLAY, INTERACTION IN PLAY. the works are presented in various forms including transformations of the way we experience games, single channel video, and sound-based interactive installations.the exhibition is not simply about interactive media but about sharing various artistic experiences related to the word PLAY. the exhibition takes place as KUNSTHALLE SEOUL from 14 - 16 of november.
