at our last showcase reboot, a bunch of students from the department of fine art at korea national university of arts( knua) was at PLATOON KUNSTHALLE to support showcase artist uros sanjevic. in return i took the chance to visit the knua open studios and mainly spent time at the department for glass works. jin lee gave me a tour and showed me how to make roses of glass ^^ to be honest, i never was a big fan of natural looking objects made of glass, but the process is actually fascinating~ thanks to jin lee for the demonstration and sung won park, head of the glass department, for interesting conversation and an excellent espresso ^^
