Marco Schwalbe #4758, curator of STROKE 03 Urban Art Fair invites you to visit his first art expo in the heart of Berlin @ The Station- the former postal freight depot at Gleisdreieck... a really amazing location!

after establishing STROKE in Münich during the last few years - attracting more then 20.000 visitors since 2009 - Marco decided to finally approach Berlin, with the intention to present his concept of an Art Fair driven by passion more then commerce, to a wide and interested audience.

the idea behind STROKE is not to define a new commercial aspect of Urban Art but to "represent an unconventional and passion-oriented handling of art" trying to escape the rules of the classic art market. so don´t worry, it is not a sell out of streetart... it actually creates the opportunity to present this art in a new format.

an impressive line up of well established international urban artists will take on the city from the 7th till the 10th of october. here you can already see the first STROKE.MURAL, a massive work by Alexandros Vasmoulakis und Paris Koutsikos which was finished yesterday in derRitterstrasse 12 at the IMA Designvillage... and there is more to come!

we are looking forward to experience this Art Fair with its intriguing new flair... and hope to see you there!
