BERLIN · under the motto: "Un-cloud your files in cement", 'Dead Drops' functions as an anonymous, offline, peer to peer file-sharing network in public space. our friend ARAM came up with the idea in oct. 2010 as part of his NYC artist in residence program. he spread the project online and now we're taking it to Mitte.

'Dead Drops' are a source of inspiriation. they are a public space in the original sense of the word, an agora of the digital age. use it thoughtfully, don't spam it and enjoy connecting with an anonymous community.

this is how it works:
- we've embedded a USB flash drive into the concrete PLATOON-engraved stone in front of our containers
- everyone is invited to drop or find files on the PLATOON DROP.

we will regularly feature the PLATOON DROP content on our communication channels. we will also use it to share great projects and works of our members, with everyone around us.

stop bye and be inspired!
(if you have troubles reaching the drop, come in and talk to us!
