background info:
in Germany the club music “techno” was the sound of reunification- after the fall of the wall, it was on the dance-floor that east met west. The topic of ‘reunification’ is obviuosly still a sensitive issue for Korea.
In Seoul and other South Korean major cities, a lively club scene is currently developing. "the sound of unity" creates a platform of exchange of german and korean musicians

GAS Concert
A GAS concert rather resembles a classical performance than a clubset. The performance is accompanied by a video show which shows the visual equivalents to the musical techniques of zoom, loop and alienation. In Germany, Wolfgang Voigt performed his GAS concert at the Volksbühne Berlin as well as at the Centraltheater in Leipzig.

october 3rd , 7 pm at the KB Haneul Youth Theatre of the National Theater of Korea.
Entrance fee: 20.000 KRW
